From Endless Life Design Construction Company to Customer: Endless Life Design Construction Company reserves the right to approve, review-approve, adjust or deny a refund. If a customer wants to create a refund or exchange order request; a customer has to provide the correct physical, documentary, video, image, legal or other proof to Endless Life Design Construction Company in order for Endless Life Design Construction Company to analyze such customer's refund or exchange request and make a correct decision.

 

If a customer wishes to create a refund or exchange order request on the product purchased by the customer; Such product must first be returned to Endless Life Design Construction Company for inspection by Endless Life Design Construction Company of the customer-purchased product for refund or exchange for factory manufacturing errors, engineering design errors, equipment malfunction errors, use, signs of damage from the client for further Endless Life Design International Construction Company to make a correct decision.

 

In the event that a customer wishes to create a refund or exchange request for Related Construction Services already purchased by such customer and such Related Construction Services include Physical Object Documents; Customer must provide any possible physical, document, video, image, legal, or other form of evidence and must return all Documents, Physical or Non-Physical Objects, and work performed to Endless Life Design Construction Company for Endless Life Design Construction Company to perform a Analysis of the client delivered from the client so that Endless Life Design Construction Company makes a correct decision.

If the customer's request for refund or exchange request is not correct or valid, do not have the Physical-Video-Image-Legal Document or other form of Evidence, did not return all the work done; the customer's request for a refund or exchange request is automatically denied. Endless Life Design Construction Company correct validated delivered Correctly completed Construction Services are non-refundable and any customer request for refund or exchange will be automatically denied.

 

Endless Life Design Construction Company strictly practices the Correct and Fair Corporate Policies established to unceasingly achieve Ethics, Professionalism, Respect for all People, Principles, Customer Service, Values, Construction Industry Standards, Human Life Standards, Standards Health and more. Endless Life Design Construction Company is not responsible for the negligence of contracted third parties. Any Construction Service or Cost Estimate linked to a balance due is a balance due and must be properly paid.

 

It is negligence not to want to pay for the correct work already done and delivered. Endless Life Design Construction Company Contract Affiliates are not logically responsible for the fault, negligence, debt, liability or fraud of any client. Customer understand approves Construction Projects Contracts are Construction Projects Bonding Contracts  cannot be cancelled. Endless Life Design Construction Company and the client are different entities for which they are not related or owe anything to each other if anything, only a correct Business Exchange for which Endless Life Design Construction Company, the owner of Endless Life Design Construction Company and the client are completely separate entities whose debts or liabilities are separated by each of them. In cases where a customer pays us online for a Construction Project or a Construction Order and/or does not come into our Offices to sign the Construction Project Order Receipt or Construction Order Receipt; such customer payment transaction functions as a customer consented approval signature and customer consented approval digital signature. All transactions are subject to a 4% Charge Transaction Service Fee and 4% Refund Transaction Service Fee.

Endless Life Design Construction Company and the owner of Endless Life Design Construction Company automatically void with value 0 any illegal unapproved fraudulent strictly prohibited modification activity to any Contracts, Documents, Construction Services, Legal Contracts, Products, Construction Projects and Legal Documents of Endless Life Design Construction Company and Owner of Endless Life Design Construction Company and illegal copies automatically have to be deselected with value 0 and turned over to Endless Life Design Construction Company - Owner of Endless Life Design Construction Company –Authorized Representative of Endless Life Owner Design Construction Company in such case any illegal copy was not delivered to Endless Life Design Construction Company - Owner of Endless Life Design Construction Company - Authorized Representative of Owner of Endless Life Design Construction Company have to be quickly destroyed.

Any personal information provided with the consent and signature of the client has been approved with the consent and signature of the client for the sole purpose of completing the relevant Construction Project and, at the request of the client, such personal information with the consent and signature of the client will be permanently deleted from the Endless Life Design Construction Company System.

 

In the event that the client is exempt from Government Taxes or exempt from Entity Taxes or is affiliated with an Organization that has no profit of money or value; the client must deliver to Endless Life Design Construction Company all the necessary Annual Updated Legal International or National Tax Exempt Forms Documents related to the Construction Project abbreviated include but are not limited to: Form 1024-A; Form DR-14; Consumer Exemption Certificate.

 

The percentage cost of Government Taxes for the Commercial Construction Industry is not controlled by Endless Life Design Construction Company or the Endless Life Design Construction Company Owner and may constantly remain the same, fluctuate up or down. Endless Life Design Construction Company and the Owner of Endless Life Design Construction Company orders charged Government Tax Percentage Cost to customer is an estimate of Government Tax Percentage Cost and any Government Tax Percentage Cost balance owed legally due must properly be paid to the Government, Endless Life Design Construction Company and the Owner of Endless Life Design Construction Company. Our Terms and Conditions act as a Non-Compete Non-Disclosure Agreement. Any provided Product, Service or Project is subject to being marketed for Business Purposes.

If the customer's request for refund or exchange request is not correct or valid, do not have the Physical-Video-Image-Legal Document or other form of Evidence, did not return all the work done; the customer's request for a refund or exchange request is automatically denied.

Any Delivery Services Due due to being completed correctly are subject to non-refundability. As long as you do not violate any United States Law; Legal Contract, Policy or Standard Signed by the customer of Endless Life Design Construction Company and there are no Construction Services purchased and signed by the customer active from Endless Life Design Construction Company; Customer may cancel any ongoing Construction Project or Product Service between Endless Life Design Construction Company and Customer.

 

Endless Life Design Construction Company and Owner of Endless Life Design Construction Company reserve the right to do whatever Endless Life Design Construction Company and Owner of Endless Life Design Construction Company desire; reject answers or any concerns that a client may have or more. Endless Life Design Construction Company and the owner of Endless Life Design Construction Company reserve the right to communicate any information or do anything with respect to Endless Life Design Construction Company and the owner of Endless Life Design Construction Company, Endless Life Design Construction Company and the owner of Endless Life Design Construction Company its Belongings, Properties, Assets, Funds, Family, Affiliates, Contracts, Construction Projects, Construction Services, Corporate Policies, Firms, Companies, Contract Employees, Accounts, Subcontracts. Endless Life Design Construction Company and the owner of Endless Life Design Construction Company reserve the right, unless required by proper law, to share any Legal Documents and Personal Information of the owner of Endless Life Design Construction Company and Endless Life Design Construction Company.

In the event that a customer wishes to create a refund or exchange request for Related Construction Services purchased by such customer and such Related Construction Services include Physical Documents; client must provide any possible physical evidence, Physical Document, video, image, Legal or other form of evidence and must return all Physical or Non-Physical Documents and completed work to Endless Life Design Construction Company for Endless Life Design Construction Company to perform a correct Analysis in the test the client provided to Endless Life Design Construction Company for Endless Life Design Construction Company to make a correct decision.

 

Endless Life Design Construction Company correct validated delivered Correctly completed Construction Services are non-refundable and any customer request for refund or exchange will be automatically denied. Construction Projects are subject to Unforeseeable Complimentary Construction Services and Complimentary Discounts that prior to or after the Construction Project Completion or upon Customer Construction Project Cancellation Request the Unforeseeable Complimentary Construction Services and Complimentary Discounts are subject to being fully charged and are not refundable. As long as it does not violate the approved Legal Contracts signed by said client, the Policies, Norms and Rules of Endless Life Design Construction Company and American Laws of the Government of the United States; the client may cancel any Construction Project in progress between Endless Life Design Construction Company and the client.
